Shipping Policy

Where we ship
Online orders are currently accepted for delivery to addresses in the United States. We do not offer international checkout at this time.
Rate and delivery estimate
Standard shipping is $7.47 per item. Stripe Checkout shows the full shipping charge before payment. For example, two items ship for $14.94 and four items ship for $29.88. The delivery estimate shown in checkout is 3–7 business days.
Handling fee
All orders include a $5.95 handling fee to cover boxes, packing materials, and the labor to prepare your shipment. The same handling fee applies regardless of payment method.
Payment methods
One product price is displayed before checkout. Stripe Checkout shows card, eligible digital-wallet, and ACH bank-payment options when available. ACH payments can take up to four business days to clear, and orders ship only after payment succeeds.
Address accuracy
Please review the name and complete delivery address before paying. Call Mike's Bees as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after the carrier receives the package.
Warm-weather care
Honey and handcrafted soap can be affected by temperature. Bring delivered packages indoors promptly and store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Delays or delivery problems
Carrier delays can happen after an order leaves Mike's Bees. If tracking has not updated or a package appears lost, call (512) 962-2091 so we can help investigate.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
All sales are final, but eligible shipping-damage, incorrect-item, and missing-item claims may be reported within 30 days after the shipping date. Keep the package, shipping label, products, and photos as received, then review the Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy before calling.
